Photography, for me, is many things. I grew up immersed in the world of cinema and have always loved watching movies. Even today, photography is a way for me to fulfill my visions.

When I embark on any photography project, I want its final outcome to look like a scene from a movie that doesn’t yet exist. Most often, I approach photography projects with the desire to infuse a touch of darkness, because I believe that darkness is a part of us and life, and photography is yet another medium to embrace it and reveal its beauty.

And when I shoot at various events, my goal is different. At events, I always strive to capture those special moments as seen through my eyes and to freeze them in time — essentially, to show people how I see them and how beautiful each one really is.
